Mmmm

Looky here - Old Navy's June collection preview:

I found the photos on Old Navy's new "Old Navy Next" site. Check it out for more previews and some other goodies.

Boy, Patrick Robinson is really doing his job, huh? It just gets better and better!

If there really is a fashion god, then the above shoes will be on sale at Old Navy as well. I especially like those very Prada-esque ones. . .

A Letter to Old Navy

Dear Old Navy,

I knew you were trying to improve. When I went to my local store, I was impressed by how much better the clothing was. It mostly didn't look expensive, but it was pretty nice, and I dug the urban saffari theme.

But this? [see picture above] This is on a whole different level! It's actually. . . chic. And expensive-looking.

In fact, I really want a studded dress and sandals ASAP, although I suppose I'll have to wait until summer when this clothing hits stores.

Thanks in advance for clothing me,
Kori

P.S. I also love the other items I viewed on Fashionista. Props!

Jumeau and Old Navy

A reader asked for a picture of me with my new Jumeau bag so that she could get a better idea of the size.

Well, dearies, your wish is my command!

I'm taking the opportunity to show you my new Old Navy purchases in addition to le bag.

Here I am wearing my new Old Navy cardigan. It was on the clearance rack, and for only $15 I couldn't help myself. Cute, no? For the curious, I'm also wearing an Old Navy tank, black pants from Zara, and the Jumeau bag.

Here is a tank I purchased from the Old Navy urban explorer collection. The collection had a lot of stuff I really liked, but it just felt to early to be stocking up on summer items, so I only let myself buy one thing. I love the mixed prints on this though, and there are cute wooden buttons down the front. I'm also wearing Old Navy cargo pants I've had forever and my Jumeau bag.

I actually don't own much from Old Navy, but for some reason I'm representing in these pictures.

How Funny

I was just musing to myself that this Urban Collection vintage bag reminded me of the new urban safari-themed Old Navy Collection.

Then I looked at the description and realized that the label was "Old Navy Cotton."

Hmm.

Maybe Old Navy's "new collection" isn't so new after all . . .

Urban Saffari

It seems that Old Navy's urban saffari-themed H&M-esque collection has finally arrived!

I actually really like it.

I've always been a sucker for interesting prints.

What do you think?

Mike & Chris Knock-offs Galore!

So many options, my grasshoppers, so many options....

Old Navy

Forever 21

With so many knock-offs abounding, it might be hard not to rock a Mike & Chris - inspired hoodie this fall. What do you think...are you ready to take on the trend, or do the many knock-offs take away from the uniqueness of the jacket? I'm not so sure yet. All I know is that I've been missing wearing fleeces out of the house after I decided they were unfashionable at about age 12, so the chance to wear a fashion-foward fleece is hard to pass by. Plus, it's cute! What say you?

Old Navy is Stepping it Up

Surprisingly, I'm looking foward to picking up my fall/winter wardrobe at Old Navy. The store has really stepped it up as of late. I'm liking a lot of the summer dresses that have been reduced to $15 too, but the fall stuff looks so cute and cozy. And for some reason, everything appeals to me in gray, which is a color I usually avoid because it's so drab. But I can see this clothing perked up with some colorful opaque tights. I've said it before and I'll say it again - Bring on the cold weather! I wanna go shopping for all that's warm and cozy!

What a cute coat! It looks short, but it supposedly hits mid-thigh. Plus, it's made out of fleece so you know it'll be super soft.

I don't think this is the nicest looking dress ever, and I'm not a huge fan of turtlenecks 'cause I hate having my neck enclosed in hot, itchy wool, but this dress seems to have a nice, loose neck and it looks so warm. It's the perfect dress to throw on when all you want to do is huddle under the covers.

I've been looking for a cute cardi, and this one definitely fits the bill. Adorable.

Most of the warmer clothes haven't arrived yet, and neither have any of the warm shoes, but I have faith in Old Navy. I hope it does well in the upcoming season, because it seems like the designers are hard at work, and the store's in need of some success.
